Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available based on current promotions and your order. US shipping time can vary from 3-7 days depending on the day of your order. We are closed on major holidays and cannot guarantee same-day/next-day fulfillment during major US holidays.
International Shipping
We now offer International Shipping to most countries around the globe! This is a new offering, so please have patience as we embark on this new frontier. We look forward to serving our international community of goalkeepers.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fuse Goalkeeping is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and are your responsibility as the customer.
International shipping times will vary from country to country, and can take 10-30 days to be delivered. We keep costs down by using bulk shipping partners, which can cause increased shipping times. Customs in your country may also hold your package for search as is normal for many international shipments, however, this may also increase shipping time.
We are closed on major holidays and cannot guarantee same-day or next-day fulfillment during major US holidays.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@fusegk.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
